Scrolling Text

We do not limit how many characters can be on the side of a card. It is possible that you type more characters on the notecard than can be visible at one time. At the moment we automatically shrink the size of the text to fit the card.

We are considering making it possible to scroll the text instead. We have gestures to mark a card correct and wrong so it would not be possible to scroll with a single finger. However we would implement it so that you can scroll with two fingers. So the question is: would you rather be able to scroll the text with two fingers and set the text size to any size you want, or would you rather us atomically shrink the text to fit?

We started to implement two finger scrolling and it seems to produce a lot of accidental one finger gestures. Is there a better way to scroll other than two fingers? Maybe some way to enter a scrolling mode?

I think scroll text is the way to go. What about user having more control of margins, alignmentm(right center left). Using bullets, italics and bold text.

On some of my cards I just have a lot of info. If we went with shrinking
the text, I'm afraid it might get too small for me to read. I would be perfectly
fine with scrolling with two fingers. Maybe having to use both thumbs at the
same time; one on each side. Also, would be nice to have more options on
formatting such a fonts and L/R allignment.

I need to be able to fit a lot of text onto my flashcards.

I use the desktop app and with the desktop App you can put a lot more on the card. The problem is that it does shrink the text to a certain degree and it becomes difficult to read. So I am definitely in favor of scrolling text.
